2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, time zone difference to GMT, content of the request (specific page), access status/HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system.

This data is not merged with other data sources. It is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR: our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free presentation and security of this website. Log files are stored only for as long as they are required for the purposes described above and are then deleted automatically, as a rule within a few weeks at the latest. We have concluded a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) with our hosting provider.

3. Cookies

This website does not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. Only technically necessary cookies may be set where they are strictly required to provide the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; § 25 (2) TDDDG). No consent banner is required for such cookies.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, the data you provide (your email address, name, and the content of your message) will be stored and processed to handle your request and possible follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your request relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. This data will not be shared with third parties without your consent. It is deleted once your request has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Contact form

If you use the contact form on this website, the data entered (name, email address, message) is processed exclusively on our own server and transmitted to us by email for the purpose of handling your enquiry. The form functionality is provided by the CoBlocks plugin, which runs locally as part of this website; no form data is transmitted to the plugin provider or any other third party. The legal bases are the same as for contact by email (section 4). Your data is deleted once your request has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. External links

This website contains a link to our LinkedIn profile. This is a plain link; no LinkedIn plugin or tracking code is embedded, and no data is transferred to LinkedIn by merely visiting this website. When you follow the link, LinkedIn’s own privacy policy applies.
